The Seller\u2019s identification details must reflect the Seller\u2019s actual legal status in Sweden.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Product information and technical requirements<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>The product page states the e-book\u2019s file format, language, price, main content and any relevant compatibility restrictions.<\/li>\n    <li>To receive an e-book, the customer needs a valid email address, internet access and a device and software capable of opening the stated format.<\/li>\n    <li>Images of printed books are illustrative; their main characteristics are described on the product page.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>3. Orders and formation of the contract<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>The customer selects products, supplies the required details, reviews the order and submits it using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay.<\/li>\n    <li>Input errors can be corrected before submission. These Terms can be saved and reproduced.<\/li>\n    <li>The Seller sends an electronic acknowledgement. The contract is formed when the Seller accepts the order and payment is confirmed, unless the Store clearly states otherwise.<\/li>\n    <li>The contract may be concluded in Polish, English or Swedish according to the selected Store version.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer must be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian\u2019s consent.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>4. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the Store and include applicable taxes. Any printed-book shipping charge is shown before the order is placed.<\/li>\n    <li>Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe under its terms; the Seller does not receive the full card number.<\/li>\n    <li>Fulfilment starts after successful payment authorisation. The Seller may cancel an order if payment fails, the product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error; any amount paid will then be refunded.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>5. E-book delivery<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>The e-book is sent to the email address in the order, normally automatically and without undue delay after payment confirmation, unless the offer states a later date.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer should check the spam folder and the accuracy of the email address. If the message does not arrive, the customer should contact the Seller.<\/li>\n    <li>The customer is responsible for an incorrectly entered address, but the Seller will reasonably resend the file after verifying the order.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>6. Printed-book delivery<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>Shipping is available to: (SHIPPING_COUNTRIES). Available methods and the full charge are shown before payment.<\/li>\n    <li>Estimated delivery time: (PHYSICAL_BOOK_DELIVERY_TIME). The Seller will notify the customer of delays without undue delay.<\/li>\n    <li>The risk of accidental loss or damage passes when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes physical possession, subject to mandatory law.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>7. Right of withdrawal \u2014 e-books<\/h2>\n  <p>A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For an e-book supplied without a tangible medium, that right is lost only after supply begins where, beforehand, the consumer:<\/p>\n  <ol>\n    <li>expressly consented to supply beginning before the withdrawal period ended;<\/li>\n    <li>acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would thereby be lost; and<\/li>\n    <li>received confirmation of the contract and that consent on a durable medium.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n  <p class=\"notice\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> if those conditions have not been met, the statutory withdrawal right remains. Loss of the withdrawal right does not limit remedies for defective, non-conforming or undelivered digital content.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Right of withdrawal \u2014 printed books<\/h2>\n  <ol>\n    <li>A consumer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after taking possession of the book. Notice may be submitted through the online function at <a href=\"(WITHDRAWAL_FORM_URL)\">(WITHDRAWAL_FORM_URL)<\/a>, by email or by post. The Seller will promptly acknowledge an online submission on a durable medium.<\/li>\n    <li>The book must be returned no later than 14 days after notice to the Seller\u2019s address in section 1. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the book is defective or was supplied incorrectly.<\/li>\n    <li>The Seller refunds payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after notice. The refund may be withheld until the book or evidence of its return is received.<\/li>\n    <li>The consumer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the book\u2019s nature and characteristics.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>9. This is not a condition of statutory rights.<\/li>\n    <li>Depending on the circumstances, the consumer may be entitled to repair or restoration of conformity, replacement or renewed supply, a price reduction, termination or damages under applicable law.<\/li>\n  <\/ol>\n\n  <h2>11. E-book licence<\/h2>\n  <p>Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the customer\u2019s personal use. Unless permitted by law or authorised in writing, the file may not be shared, resold, published, copied beyond lawful limits or stripped of protection. Statutory exceptions and consumer rights remain unaffected.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>12. Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>The Seller does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in a consumer relationship.
